Age UK Hull and East Yorkshire is proud to announce that its Information and Advice Team has been awarded the Advice Quality Standard (AQS), a nationally recognised quality mark for organisations providing advice to the public.

Achieving AQS is a significant milestone and a reflection of the team's hard work, expertise, and unwavering commitment to supporting older people across Hull and East Yorkshire. The rigorous assessment process tested every aspect of our service delivery, and while it was tough, it was also incredibly reassuring to see our dedication, professionalism, and client focus formally recognised.
