Recognising and Responding to Concerns in Older Adults
This practical course is for anyone who regularly interacts with older people as part of their daily work or volunteering, whether in health, care, community, or customer facing roles.
What you'll learn:
- Understand the impact of and spot signs of loneliness, neglect and social isolation on older adults' wellbeing.
- Identify concerns in both the person and their home environment.
- Know what to do, who to contact and how to record issues.
- Help make a difference by noticing the small things that matter.

This course can be delivered in person at the Age UK Hull and East Yorkshire office, video call or at your workplace, provided suitable facilities are available.
