Falls Awareness Week September 2025

Published on 29 September 2025 05:20 PM
Falling isn’t something that needs to be part of getting older
With a little awareness and a few simple changes, we can all feel steadier, safer, and more confident. That’s what Falls Awareness Week is all about - sharing easy ways to look after ourselves and each other.
One of the best things you can do is keep moving. Staying active helps you stay mobile, independent, and able to enjoy the things you love. You’ll find plenty of tips and guidance below to get you started.
Please pass these resources on to friends, neighbours, and family!
