Find things to do, keep active and join clubs, coffee mornings or groups in your area. We can provide information about local transport options to make it easier for you to get out and about. There are also social opportunities you can join from home.

Social groups

We can help you to find free or affordable social groups and gentle exercise options for adults of all ages; also lunch clubs, local day care centres and dementia-friendly activities. We can also let you know about transport options if you have mobility difficulties. Choose from meeting in person or online. For more information, see our Get Together activities page.

Digital support

One of our Digital Volunteers can help you connect to an online social group using zoom, should you need it. Or show you how to use your phone or tablet to do other things like online shopping or checking email. For more information, click the link below.
