We have two day centres in Southwark, which enrich the days of our community through chatting, dancing, playing games and getting crafty.

"Last week my team and I volunteered at Age UK L&S and it was truly joyful.
We chatted, we sang, we danced - and for two hours forgot the stresses and strains in our lives. We visited briefly, but those who work at the centre daily are truly wonderful, taking care of our senior citizens with respect and warmth.
We'll definitely be going back and encourage others to do so too. I can highly recommend Michael and the Macarena!"
