Listening Today, Shaping Tomorrow Survey

Age UK Lincolnshire is inviting people across the county to help shape the future of support, services, and communities through a new engagement campaign, “Listening Today, Shaping Tomorrow”
As we develop our organisational strategy for 2026-2030, we want to hear from the people who know our Lincolnshire best: our customers, staff, partners, and the people living in our county.
Michele Jolly, CEO of Age UK Lincolnshire, said:
“Listening to the voices of people across Lincolnshire is essential as we plan for the future of Age UK Lincolnshire. This strategy is about ensuring our services remain relevant, sustainable, and responsive to the communities we serve. By sharing your thoughts and experiences, you are helping us shape what support in later life looks like for years to come.”
Over the coming years, we will continue working to support people in later life to live independently, stay connected to their communities, and access the help they need when they need it. To do this well, we need to understand what matters most to the people we serve.
Take part in our surveys
We’ve created surveys to help us gather feedback from different groups. Each survey takes around five to ten minutes to complete.

Why your voice matters
This engagement will help us shape our priorities for the next four years and ensure our strategy reflects real experiences, needs, and opportunities across Lincolnshire.
Whether you use our services, support someone who does, or simply care about the future of later life in your community, your perspective is important.
Together, we can help shape the future of Age UK Lincolnshire and change how we age.
