If you've reviewed the telecare options we have available and you've got a good idea of what you'd like - it's time to get things moving and fill in our booking form.
Our booking form asks all the necessary questions about you and the sort of telecare package you would like. This will give our telecare team all the information they need to ensure set-up of your telecare package is swift and easy.
After you have filled the form in and paid the installation fee, our telecare team will get in touch to confirm details of your package, book in the date of installation, arrange the monthly payments, and answer any questions you might have.

How to book your telecare package
Step 1: Decide what you need
Review the available products and packages and decide which ones work for you.
Step 2: Tell us what you need
Fill in our booking form and pay the installation fee using the instructions at the bottom of this page.
Step 3: Get booked in
Our telecare team will contact you within 2 working days of submitting the booking form to confirm details and make further arrangements regarding installation date and monthly payments.
Step 4: Enjoy your telecare package
Our team will come and install your telecare package. Enjoy the sense of freedom and safety that a telecare package brings to your home.
Paying your Installation Fee
After filling in the booking form, we ask that you pay the installation fee for your telecare equipment.
