At Age UK Lincolnshire, we’re proud to offer a wide range of services to support you in many different ways. However, with so many options available, it can sometimes be hard to know which service would be the best fit for your needs. Or perhaps you’re not quite sure of what you need, but you just know you could benefit from some help.
 

That’s where our exceptional Reception and Single Point of Access (SPA)Teams come in.

The SPA Team

When you call us on 01522 696 000, it's our fantastic SPA team who answer your call.

Our reception team are experts on Age UK Lincolnshire's teams and services, and they will help you find what you need with compassion and care. 

Similarly, if what you're looking for can't be found within our services, we won't leave you marooned without a way forward. The team are knowledgeable on many other organisations and outlets of support in Lincolnshire and will signpost you to the best place that can help.

The Reception Team

When you walk through the doors of Park Street Activity Centre in Lincoln, you will be greeted with a smile from a member of our Reception Team. 

This outstanding team is made up of staff and dedicated volunteers who know their stuff when it comes to Age UK Lincolnshire, particularly on what happens within the walls of Park Street Activity Centre.

Whether you're looking for advice, dates and times for activities, information about services, or even just to find out what specials are on at the eatery, the Reception Desk is your go-to place.
