Digital Champion
Aim of the role
We are looking for confident and competent digital users, who can show a person/group how to use technology to help stay connected. E.g. online shopping, face-time family, join in with online activities etc.

Making Connections Supporter
Aim of the role
We are looking for volunteers who will assist a person who may be feeling lonely or isolated to connect with others. Providing support to access local activities, building confidence and reducing social isolation.

Fundraising Supporter
Aim of role
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to promote and raise awareness of Age UK Mid Mersey, by participating in fundraising events and activities.

Lived Experience Champion
Our Lived Experience Panels are facilitated by Age UK Mid Mersey and established as a conduit for the voices of those over 50 in the Halton, Knowsley, St Helens & Warrington communities.
Aim of role
To promote and raise awareness by empowering people over 50 and their carers to take part in our community events and consultations.

Groups and Activity Supporter
Aim of role
We are looking for volunteers to support in facilitating our groups. E.g. greeting on arrival, helping members settle in, preparing and serving refreshments, facilitating activities such as bingo and quizzes. All our groups are dementia friendly.

Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy Group & Activity Supporter
Aim of role
We are looking for volunteers to support our My Time MCST groups for 4 hours per week over a 12 week period or 1.5 hours a week for 12 weeks.

Reception/Administration Duties (Runcorn)

Take basic client details when staff are busy and inform staff when a client arrives, undertake basic admin duties and meet and greet visitors at our offices and outreach venues.
