Age Well in the Community enables Salford residents to become better connected to people and places in their neighbourhood.

We run Coffee and Company Hubs across the city helping salford resident to meet others and access information. These are relevant for those who may have become isolated due to a life-changing event such as an illness, bereavement or relocation into the area.

Visit the Age Well in the Community page - to see where the groups take place.
