Age UK Thanet provides confidential information and advice on a wide range of issues for people aged over 50, their families and carers.

Information and Advice - Thanet

Our service can help with a variety of issues including:

• Understanding allowances and benefits
• Help with completing claim forms


This service is provided by appointment only at our Community Hub from Monday to Friday.

Opening hours are from 9.00am - 4.30pm.

Guides and Factsheets
Age UK Thanet provides a range of information guides to help you deal with some of the challenges faced in later life.

You can pick up Age UK's guides which are placed in our Reception area, if we do not have your choice of guide we can put you in touch with Age UK National to order one.

If you require information and or benefit checks on Attendance Allowance, Blue Badge or pension credit please do ring in to admin on 01843 223881 and ask when the telephone clinics are so you can speak to an advisor.
