Age UK Thanet along with our partners at Age UK Maidstone, Sevenoaks & Tonbridge, Age UK Hythe, Lyminge & Ashford, and Age UK Kent Rivers are now working in partnership with Kent & Medway Talking Therapies. The aim of the partnership is to assist older people to access free and confidential mental health support. These therapies are designed to help people manage common difficulties such as stress, anxiety, and depression. We understand it can be hard to seek help, but Age UK Thanet is here to support you on that journey. This service is available to anyone over the age of 17.5 who is registered with a G.P in Kent & Medway.
