Our Information and Advice Financial Resilience Project aim to improve the financial wellbeing, resilience, and independence of Westminster residents experiencing financial hardship or at risk of crisis, with a particular focus on residents aged 50+ and other vulnerable adults.

The project provides early intervention, person-centred financial resilience support to help residents maximise income, access welfare benefits and cost-of-living assistance, improve financial capability, and reduce reliance on emergency and statutory services.

Through outreach, home visiting, and partnership working, the project ensures that older residents and financially excluded groups can access timely, accessible, and holistic support that prevents financial issues from escalating into crisis.
