Shop Management Team Member, Salisbury & Devizes

We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our retail management team in our charity shops. You’ll be a part of a vibrant group of individuals dedicated to making a difference for those experiencing later life.

The shop management team are responsible for the day-to-day management of our shops, including visual merchandising and volunteer management, as well as working to achieve agreed sales targets to maximise income generation. The post-holder is responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant day-to-day operation of the shop, through effective management of own and volunteer resources. Our shops connect us to our beneficiaries and help to raise awareness of the charitable work we do. 

You'll work between our Salisbury and Devizes shops, so must be able to travel between the two.
