Job Title Volunteer Coordinator & HR Administrator
Salary £28,000 per annum
Benefits 25 days leave entitlement, plus bank holidays, pro rata.

Full time (35 hours)

Flexible working hours, typically between 8:30am and 6:00pm.
Attendance at occasional evening or weekend events and meetings may be required.

Location Hybrid working model, including office-based and home working, with some travel across Wiltshire, Swindon and Southampton to attend meetings, events, and support activities.

Role Description:

Age UK Wiltshire is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator & HR Administrator to join our team. The Volunteer Coordinator & HR Administrator plays a key role in the delivery of high-quality HR administrative support while coordinating a valued network of volunteers, ensuring positive experiences for all involved and supporting the charity’s mission.

You will be a part of a vibrant team of individuals dedicated to making a difference for older people and Carers across Wiltshire.
