Some of the services we offer

  • Health & Activity

    If you're looking to get in shape, pick up a new pastime or simply get our of the house to meet new people then Health & Activity has something for you
  • Carer Support

    Carer Support is here to help take some of the strain of caring for someone. We have a lot of experience in supporting carers of people with dementia.
  • Devonshire Days Day Care

    Our Day Care centres are designed to support people with dementia or for people who are isolated and becoming frail.
  • Home and Communities

    Our Home and Communities service aims to promote independence, reduce social isolation and loneliness and prevent hospital admissions.
  • Lunch Corners

    We run several warm and welcoming Lunch Corners across the Wirral, everyone is welcome.
  • Phonelink

    Our telephone service, which runs Mondays to Fridays, will give you a regular telephone call for a friendly chat.
  • Residential and Respite Care

    We offer residential accommodation and short term breaks for people with dementia in our small centre with a 'home from home' feel.
  • Ask Us Wirral

    This is the Information and Advice Service for the Wirral, a partnership between CAB Wirral, Age UK Wirral, Wirral Change and Wirral Mencap

We deliver services and activites from many different sites across the Borough.  Our main locations include the Devonshire Resource Centre, Meadowcroft Community Wellbeing Hub and Wirral Point.
