Age UK Wolverhamton offer Seated Yoga classes every Wednesday from 10:30am at The Hub at Ashmore Park, 82 Griffiths Drive, Wolverhampton WV11 2LH.

Seated yoga is a form of yoga practice that utilizes a chair for support and modifications of traditional yoga poses, making it accessible to individuals with limited mobility or those seeking a gentler approach to yoga. It offers similar benefits to traditional yoga, such as improved flexibility, strength, balance, and stress reduction, but with reduced pressure on joints.
