Transport Lead

Our community minibuses are a lifeline for older people across Bath and North East Somerset — helping them stay connected, active, and independent.

We’re looking for a friendly, organised Transport Lead to coordinate our busy transport service and manage a small team of dedicated drivers. You’ll keep our service running smoothly, ensuring our vehicles are safe, our passengers are well cared for, and everyone arrives with a smile.

If you enjoy working with people, love being out and about, and have a knack for organisation, this role could be for you. You’ll also have the chance to drive one of our minibuses, meet fantastic passengers, and make a real difference every day.

Location: Bath & North East Somerset

Salary: £11,177.40 per annum (£26,080.60 FTE)

Hours: 15 Hours a Week 

Days: 5 hours per day Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
