KOPS meets on a monthly basis and enjoys a varied programme including visits from speakers, crafts, trips and outings.

Midsomer Norton Lunch Bunch
This lunch bunch usually meets on the first Monday of every month for a sociable lunch in various pubs around the Midsomer Norton/Radstock area.

Move it or Lose it Exercise
Fun and friendly standing, seated or supported exercise class to help improve flexibility, activity, balance and strength and maintain health and wellbeing.

Peasedown Lunch Club
This lunch group meets on the second Monday of every month for a sociable lunch provided by our trained volunteers at Beacon Hall, Peasedown St John.

Tai Chi
Classes are aimed at older people who have not tried Tai Chi before but are looking for an introduction to this form of gentle exercise.

Walking Football
The aim of Walking Football is both to draw once-active people back to their sporting roots and also to engage those who want to gradually improve their fitness in a social environment.

Gentle exercise such as walking can improve physical, mental and social wellbeing. We run a programme of walks that are aimed particularly at older people.
