As a Group Leader at our Gilbert Richards Centre in Coventry, you can help create a friendly atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and valued whilst sharing your skills.

What is expected of me?

  • Develop the learning programme of the subject and follow it through into practice.
  • Support course/class members during their attendance at the Centre and follow up when absent according to the Centre’s policies in conjunction with the Office Volunteer of the day.
  • To attend training sessions and provide references.
  • We believe you deserve and should expect to be provided with as much information, training and support in order to carry out your role successfully. Much of this training will be online and completion of this is a mandatory requirement for the volunteer role.
