Job title: Relief Shop Manager - Covering Coventry & Warwickshire

Hours per week: 26 hours, 4 days out of 7 with regular weekends.

Salary: £17,564.75 (£24,995.99 FTE)

About the role

Age UK Coventry & Warwickshire is looking for an inspirational and motivated person to join us as Cover Manager Covering our retail outlets in Coventry & Warwickshire.

The Relief Shop Manager will manage all aspects of running the Re-Use or High Street Shop. Working with a team of staff and volunteers you will provide encouragement and support as you provide excellent customer service and standards to meet targets. You will sort, process and merchandise donated stock for sale, implement Security and Health and Safety protocols and adhere to Age UK Coventry & Warwickshire's policies and procedures.

Do you have previous experience with a retail or customer centred background? Are you positive with a can-do attitude? Are you creative and have a flair for detail? Can you recognise your vintage from your shabby chic? Could you generate income from pre-loved items? We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent customer service skills who enjoys working in a vibrant environment supporting the staff and volunteers to raise vital funds for our organisation.

You will be required to  manage & motivate a team and recruit volunteers to help generate vital income for our charity. Full training will be given.
