Volunteer Programme Manager
This role is pivotal to our new 5 year strategy and will have two main focuses; to develop both our volunteering programme and a Community Fundraising strategy
Reablement Project Officer
Our Hospital Reablement service helps people who are being discharged from hospital. We are looking for someone to identify and plan support needs, access services and prevent hospital readmission
Personal Independence Coordinators
We are looking to recruit a team of Personal Independence Coordinators (PICs) to work alongside health and care professionals, adopting a multidisciplinary approach to working with older people who have long term health and social care needs.
