    This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. 

    The theme for this year is kindness, focusing on the power of kindness in promoting good mental health.

    So each day we will be highlighting acts of kindess to older people and will post these on our Social media accounts.

  • Go Digital

    From 1st June 2020 we will be launching our new Go Digital project. We will offer telephone support to older people, helping them become digitally included.

  • Tax Help

    Our Tax Advice Volunteer holds monthly surgeries at our office in Baneswell road and can provide free tax help and advice for people 60+ or approaching retirement, on a low income (£20,00 or less)
