The full range of Choices - Home Support including nail cutting, is available within Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly and Newport counties.

Free advice for older people, carers and family members.

Digital Inclusion
The Digital Inclusion project delivers group sessions to older people (50 plus) throughout the Newport area.

Help for carers
The Respite Care Service and Carer's Project is provided within Monmouthshire and Newport Counties.

Lighthouse 55+
Lighthouse 55+ is a housing-related support service for people aged 55+ who live in Newport and are experiencing difficulties of a housing nature.

Advocacy Service
Our advocacy service has held the Quality Performance Mark since 2009. The advocacy service is provided within the counties of Blaenau Gwent and Torfaen.

Hospital Discharge Service
Our Hospital Discharge Service is provided in Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen counties.

Robins Hospital Volunteers
Robins are volunteers in St Woolos Hospital, the Royal Gwent Hospital, and Nevill Hall Hospital. They help patients with their hair and nail care, at meal times, chat and read to patients, and help with letter writing, and phone calls etc.

Victim Hub
Age Cymru Gwent joins the team at the Victim Hub – Connect Gwent. Set up by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent, the Hub is designed to ensure victims of crime are supported inside and outside the criminal justice process and that they receive the support, information and guidance they need to cope with their ordeal and recover from it.

Older Persons Integrated Care Pathway
The Older Persons Integrated Care Pathway is an innovative service which works within selected GP practices in Newport to identify older people who are invited to participate in the project.

Caerphilly Housing Support Service is a housing-related support service for people aged 50+ living within the Caerphilly Borough. The aim of the service is to enable vulnerable people to remain in a more independent living situation through the provision of support.
