  • Home Support Assistant

    Benefits:

    • £12.21 per hour for employment induction, training,
      client visits including travel time and mileage (45p per mile)

    Salary: £30,633 per annum, rising to £32,304 after successful probation
    Hours: 30–37 hours per week
    Location: Hybrid – Age UK Devon, Exeter office & home working
    Contract: Permanent

    Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people across Devon? Age UK Devon is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Living Well in Later Life Manager to lead a vital workstream focused on reducing social isolation, improving wellbeing, and supporting independence in later life.

    This exciting role involves shaping and delivering inclusive, community-based services and activities, managing a small team and volunteers, and working collaboratively with partners to ensure older people have access to meaningful opportunities for connection, movement, and support.

    We’re looking for someone with:

    • Proven experience managing services, projects, and budgets
    • A background in health & social care, community development, or similar
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    • A commitment to innovation, co-production, and continuous improvement
