Living Well in Later Life Manager
Hours: 30-37 per week (to be confirmed with successful candidate)
FTE Salary: £30,633 per annum, increasing to £32,304 per annum on successful completion of probationary period

Location: Age UK Devon, 1 Manaton Court, Matford Business Park, Exeter, EX2 8PF (Hybrid Working Policy operational)

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a workstream that makes a tangible difference in the lives of older people across Devon. As the Living Well in Later Life Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering a diverse range of community-based services and activities that reduce social isolation, improve health and wellbeing, and support older people to live independently for longer.
You will play a key role in developing strands of work that appeal to a wide range of older people and their needs, whether through physical activity, social connection, or intergenerational opportunities. Working collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers, and external partners, you will ensure that services are inclusive, impactful, and aligned with Age UK Devon’s strategic vision.
This role offers the chance to contribute to an organisation that is holistically tackling the challenges faced by older people, while also championing innovation, co-production, and continuous improvement in our service delivery.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience managing services, projects, and budgets
- A background in health & social care, community development, or similar
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to innovation, co-production, and continuous improvement
