No One Forgotten at Christmas
Help us create 1,000 Christmas Connections across East London.
For many of us, Christmas is a time of family, friendship and celebration. But for many older people across Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Newham, it can be one of the loneliest times of the year.
Some people will spend Christmas alone. Others may be grieving the loss of a loved one, coping with poor health, caring for someone else, or struggling with financial pressures.
At Age UK East London, we believe no one should feel forgotten at Christmas.
That is why we are aiming to create 1,000 Christmas Connections this festive season. Through celebrations, gifts, cards, outings and meaningful conversations, we will help older people feel connected, valued and included.
