What are our social groups like?

Our welcoming Social Groups meet weekly in community spaces around the county. As well as being a way to socialise with some new faces, they can also help to connect you with some of the other services we offer you. Our Help Team may drop in with some advice or our Digital Volunteers may be there to help you with any IT queries you may have. There is no need to book, just come along when you can.

All of the Social Groups are different and made unique by the people attending, their interests and spaces that they meet at. Some of the Social Groups you may be interested in joining are listed below.

When and where?

Monday

• The Keepers Community Centre, Wotton-under-Edge, 11:00am - 12:30pm.

Tuesday

• Brockworth Community Centre, 1:30pm - 3:00pm.
• Gloucester Central Library, Brunswick Road, Social IT Drop In Session, 11:00am - 12:30pm.
• Gloucester City Museum Cafe, every other Tuesday ,'Cuppa with Jane' group meeting, 10:30am - 11:30am.

Wednesday

• Holiday Inn Express, Cheltenham, 11:00am - 12:30pm.
• Churchdown Library, Churchdown, 2:00pm - 3:30pm.
• Ye Olde Black Bear, Tewkesbury, 10:30am - 12:00pm.

Thursday

• Guilt Trip, Gloucester, 11:00am - 1:00pm.
• Holiday Inn Express, Cheltenham, Last Thursday of the Month, Ageing Without Children (AWOC) Group, 11:00am - 12:30pm.

Friday

• Quedgeley Library, Bristol Road, 10:30am - 12:00pm *This group is currently full, please contact Chris for an alternative option.
• Gloucester Central Library, Ukulele Group, 10:30am - 1:00pm.
