Quiz Night at Age UK Hythe – Book Your Table for October

Age UK Hythe, Lyminge & Ashford is inviting local residents, friends, families and supporters to join us for a fun and friendly Quiz Night at Age UK Hythe on Thursday 8th October 2026.

Taking place at Sanford House, Stade Street, Hythe, CT21 6BD, the evening will offer a relaxed opportunity to get together, enjoy some friendly competition and support the work of our local charity.

Doors will open at 6.30pm, with the quiz running from 7.00pm until approximately 9.30pm.

Entry is £6 per person, with teams of up to six people per table. There will also be prizes for the winning team, so it is a great excuse to gather a group of friends, family members or colleagues and put your general knowledge to the test.

The evening will follow an American Supper format, which means guests are welcome to bring their own food and drink for their table. This helps keep the evening informal and gives everyone the freedom to enjoy their own choice of refreshments while taking part in the quiz.

Quiz nights are always a great way to bring people together, and we hope this event will give people across Hythe and the surrounding area a chance to enjoy a sociable evening while supporting a local organisation that works throughout the year to help older people in our community.

At Age UK Hythe, Lyminge & Ashford, we provide a wide range of services, activities and support for older people, including social groups, dementia support, community meals, advice and information, day services and other local initiatives designed to help people remain connected, independent and supported.

Fundraising events such as this Quiz Night help us continue providing these important services and also give people an enjoyable way to get involved with the charity.

Advance booking is required, and spaces are limited, so anyone wishing to attend is encouraged to reserve their place as early as possible.
