Men's Health Month - November

Mens health month

Why not try something new?

Looking after your health and wellbeing is important, and small steps can make a big difference. Keeping active, getting out and about and spending time with others can all help you feel better day to day.

This November, Age UK Islington is working with local community organisations including Sadler's Wells and Arsenal in the Community to offer some relaxed social events for men and ways to keep active.

See details below and how to book a place!  Open to all Islington adult residents, or with an Islington GP, you'll receive a warm welcome.

Or print a Men's Health poster to browse at your leisure!
