The hourly rate is £28, with a minimum booking of £42 for 1.5 hours. We offer four regular cleaning options to suit your schedule: Weekly 1.5 hours – £42 per session (our most popular option) Weekly 2 hours – £56 per session Fortnightly 1.5 hours – £42 per session Fortnightly 2 hours – £56 per session

At Age UK Lambeth, we are committed to helping our clients maintain their independence by developing meaningful, life-enriching relationships through our Independent Support Service. Our Independent Support Service Workers go beyond traditional cleaning, they take the time to truly understand your needs and support you in ways that enhance your daily life, whether that’s through light housework, running errands, shopping, or offering companionship.
Our team is fully trained, DBS/reference checked, and equipped with the necessary PPE to provide a safe and friendly service. Please note, we do not offer personal care.
The hourly rate is £28, with a minimum booking of £42 for 1.5 hours.
Please be aware that failing to cancel your appointment in advance (at least 48 hours) will incur a cancellation fee.
As a charity dedicated to benefiting residents of Lambeth, we proudly pay our staff the London Living Wage. All profits go directly to supporting our Independent Support Service Workers and sustaining the essential services we offer.
Book your assessment
To access this service, each client must complete an at-home assessment so we can understand their environment and best meet their needs. Please use this form to book an appointment with one of our Independent Support Workers.
The assessment is free of charge, takes around 30 minutes, and there is no obligation to continue with the service afterwards.
Once the assessment has been completed, you will then be assigned your Independent Support Worker.
