  • Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant (AKA Happiness Assessor)

    This role will be all about helping us to monitor the impact our programs are having and providing in depth evaluations of our service.  They'll be supported to design M&E questionnaires for clients & volunteers and then they'll go about conducting the research, largely on the phone with clients, to explore how well we're doing and to measure our impact.  They'll work principally within the MYNeighbour service but there may be scope for them to support across services.   

    There'll be some scope for data/impact analysis if they are interested and they'll be supported in this, and given the large amount of client interaction interpersonal skills will be well practiced here!

  • Operations & Admin Assistant

    This role will help to manage our internal operations and administrative processes.  They'll be largely based in 336, supporting in all the fab work they do, which will include managing systems such as posting information to clients, supporting the management of equipment, stock etc.  They'll (learn to) be very organisational with strong skills in administration.     Gateway Phone Support & Admin Assistant

    This role will help & the rest of the Gateway team.  They'll help with a variety of administrative support tasks that will improve the capacity of the team, and where necessary they'll also support on the phones, with support of course from experienced colleagues.
