  • Engagement Advice Worker

Role: Engagement Advice Worker – Better Together Service

Location: Lambeth, London (Community-based with flexible working)

Package: Generous Pension (7% Employer Contribution) | 26 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays (rising to 31 days) | Kind, Inclusive Culture

At Age UK Lambeth, we believe getting older should be celebrated, not sidelined. We exist to challenge the stigma of ageing, tackle social isolation, and make sure older adults get the right support at the precise moment they need it.

We’re a learning space, not a knowing space, which means we listen, adapt, and build real relationships with our community. If you are passionate about empathy, human connections, and driving meaningful local change, you’ll fit right in.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

Gambling-related harm often goes unnoticed, carrying a heavy stigma for those affected—both directly and indirectly (affected others). Through our Better Together service, you will be on the frontline of changing that narrative in Lambeth.

This role is a dynamic blend of proactive community engagement and impactful, one-to-one support.

Please apply via the Charity Jobs website here.
