    Exercise and Socialise Coordinator

    • Location - Lambeth, Greater London (Hybrid)
    • Salary - £24,835 for 31.5 hours until 31/03/2027. Reducing to 14 hours at £11,038 from 01/06/27 to 31/03/28.
    • Contract - Part-time (To be confirmed)
    • Hours - 31.5 hours until March 31st 27, reduced to 14 hours from April 1st 2027 to March 31st 28

    The Exercise and Socialise Coordinator role at Age UK Lambeth involves delivering and coordinating a borough-wide programme of accessible, low-impact exercise sessions for frail and less confident older people across Lambeth. The postholder will assess referrals, match participants to appropriate activities, source venues, engage instructors, and ensure smooth delivery of a diverse range of classes such as chair yoga, Tai Chi, and seated aerobics.

    The role also focuses on building referral pathways with health professionals and community partners, promoting the service, and maintaining strong monitoring and evaluation through KPIs, Outcome Star assessments, and regular reporting to funders to demonstrate impact on physical health, confidence, wellbeing, and social isolation.
