Age UK Lincolnshire is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to lead our Finance Team and play a key role in supporting the financial sustainability and continued growth of our organisation.

Based at our Lincoln Head Office, this is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality financial management, developing teams, and providing meaningful financial insight that supports decision-making across the organisation.

As a valued member of our leadership structure, you will help ensure we continue to use our resources responsibly and sustainably so that we can deliver high-quality services that enable older people to live independently, stay connected, and flourish in later life.

About the role

  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent contract
  • £37,798 - £40,109 per annum (Depending On Experience)
  • Based at our head office in Lincoln
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential

As Finance Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of the finance function, ensuring accurate financial records, effective financial controls and timely financial reporting across the organisation.

You will oversee month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations, journals, accruals and prepayments, whilst ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures and statutory requirements.

You will also lead the preparation of year-end audit information and statutory reporting requirements, oversee VAT and payroll-related financial processes, and drive improvements to finance systems, controls and reporting tools.
