Age UK Lincolnshire is looking for an ambitious, creative and experienced Marketing, Communications & Fundraising Manager to lead our Marketing, Communications & Fundraising Team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth, profile and sustainability of our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about building brands, engaging audiences, creating impactful campaigns, and developing meaningful supporter relationships that make a real difference.
Based at our Lincoln Head Office, you will lead the development and delivery of marketing, communications and supporter engagement activity across the charity, helping to raise awareness of our services and impact, strengthen our reputation, and support sustainable income growth through fundraising, partnerships and community engagement.
At Age UK Lincolnshire, we support more than 6,000 older people across the county every month. About the role
- 35 hours per week
- Permanent contract
- £33,989 per annum
- Based at our Head Office in Lincoln with some work in the community
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
As Marketing, Communications & Fundraising Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of the marketing, communications and fundraising function, ensuring effective promotion of the charity, strong stakeholder engagement and the successful delivery of communications and supporter engagement activities.
You will oversee the development and delivery of marketing and communications strategies, leading campaigns across digital, social media, email, website and print channels whilst ensuring consistent, engaging and effective messaging across all platforms.
You will also lead the development and delivery of fundraising activity along with the Activities and Events team, including community fundraising, corporate partnerships, sponsorship opportunities and supporter appeals. In addition, you will build and maintain strong relationships with donors, volunteers, supporters, partners and community organisations, acting as an ambassador for the charity and its values.
You will manage marketing and communications budgets, systems, suppliers and agency relationships, oversee the organisation's website and marketing systems, and use performance reporting, data and audience insights to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
