About us
We are an independent, local charity working in the community to support older people, their families, and carers, with the varying challenges faced during later life.
We have greatly expanded our services since our origins in 1958, when Lincoln City Councillor, Frank Eccleshare, had a vision for a brighter, more connected future for older people.

Our Vision
A world where older people flourish
We now support thousands of people aged 50 and over every week. Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers deliver a wide variety of services, including: befriending, help in the home, information and advice, telecare and response, activities, hospital discharge support, care, and so much more.
Our Values
Many people assume we are a large national charity. We operate as a brand partner of Age UK and run as a separate independent charity, raising funds locally to be used in return to help local people.
We rely on your support to keep serving the community. We are supported by donations from the public, income from our charity shop, and some charitable grants.
