Meeting room hire

Centrally located in Manchester’s beautiful St Ann’s Square, we have meeting spaces at affordable rates to suit most business needs. 

Opening times

We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm. Earlier and later times may be available upon request. 

Rooms Available

Board Room 1: Our large board room can accommodate up to 14 delegates sat board room style.
£150.00 full-day rental | £75.00 half-day rental

Board Room 2: Our spacious board room can accommodate up to 10 delegates sat board room style.
£100.00 full-day rental | £50.00 half-day rental

Interview Room: Our quiet interview room can accommodate up to 4 delegates.
£7.50 per hour

Catering
We do not currently provide catering but due to the central location of our premises, several meal options are available within walking distance, such as Pret, Marks & Spencer, McDonald's, Costa, Starbucks and many others. Alternatively, you are welcome to source your own catering to be delivered at a time convenient to you.
