Age UK North Tyneside's new Older Peoples Engagement and Involvement Network, OPEN gives a voice to older people living in the borough and will help inform and shape our work and priorities.

Its purpose is 'to promote a borough where older people are respected, valued and listened to, a place where attitudes to age are positive, where older people are happy, healthy, confident and safe'. Any older person, or individual/group supporting older people in North Tyneside is eligible and encouraged to join.
