Swale Community Lottery

We are a local charity supporting people over 50 and those living with dementia to live well, stay independent, and feel connected. Our services include practical help at home, companionship, hospital-to-home support, freshly home-cooked meal deliveries, and gardening and handyman services – all designed to make everyday life a little easier.

Our vibrant Social and Activity Centre is open to the public four days a week, offering a welcoming space for activities, social interaction, and monthly events that bring the community together.

We also run dedicated Memory Days – supportive sessions specially designed for those living with dementia, helping them stay engaged, stimulated, and connected.

As a small, community-focused organisation, we rely on the kindness and generosity of local people to keep our services running.
