"My son gave me a samsung tablet for my birthday and it stayed in its box for a couple of months as I was too frightened to use it. I heard about the computer club and gave it a go.  You should have seen the look on my son's face a month later when I was talking to him about setting up a skype account. Thanks to all the staff."     David - Northam

There's no need to book - just drop in for some help and a cup of tea. The Centre is accessible from King Street in the City Centre, SO14 3DQ via the FirstCity Red #11 Weston bus (Oxford Street), or there's street parking available outside.

We recommend that you bring your own device or laptop with you so that the volunteers can see the specific issue you're having.

Please note this service is not an IT class to learn about a specific subject and is instead a drop in session to support you with your own understanding or with specific IT difficulties you are facing.
