Dementia Hub Wellbeing Programme
Our Dementia Hub service includes a wellbeing programme designed to uplift, connect and empower people living with dementia, their loved ones and carers. Whether you want to stay active, meet others or enjoy peaceful moments together, there’s something for everyone. We run groups across Sutton at different locations, days and times, making it easy to find something that suits you.
Fitness Group
Gentle exercise sessions in partnership with Everyone Active. Focusing on movement to music the sessions are led by qualified instructor, Alex.

Every Wednesday

Our sessions take place on different days and dates at the following venues;
Sutton Library, BedZed Pavillion, Hackbridge and Cheam Point Café, in Cheam Village. Please contact us in advance to find the most suitable location for you.
Cost
All of our Dementia Hub services are free to access.
