Nordic Walking
Our Nordic Walking sessions run across Sutton throughout the week, including Beddington Park, Rosehill Park, and Sears Park. Using specially designed poles, Nordic Walking is a full-body workout that engages your upper body while you walk, making it a gentle, adaptable activity suitable for all paces and abilities.
Our fully qualified instructors and group leaders will guide your through techniques and offer support throughout each walk so you can feel confident and enjoy every step. The parks we’ve chosen are accessible and welcoming with plenty of benches, toilets and cafés, giving you the perfect opportunity to relax, have a drink and catch up with fellow walkers after your session. Nordic walking is a great way to stay active, connect with others and enjoy some fresh air.
Please book your free trial space in advance. Sessions are limited so please don’t attend without getting in touch to book. When you reserve your place, we’ll provide all the details you need.
