  • Ready Sit Go (weekly); Groovy Moves (weekly); Irie Rhythms (weekly); Seated Yoga (fortnightly)

Prices

  • Pay as you go: £6
  • 1-Month Pass: £18 (4 sessions; adjusted price for Seated Yoga)
  • 3-Month Pass: £48 (12 sessions; adjusted price for Seated Yoga)

Reduced-Cost Access Pass

  • £2 per session for people receiving PIP or Attendance Allowance. Please click the link or speak to staff for more information.

Important Info

  • Cash or card accepted.
  • No late payments.
  • No refunds on passes.

  • 1-Month Pass: +£5.50
  • 3-Month Pass: +£5.00
