Due to the nature of the work that we carry out, our staff work from our office, day centre and in the community. Therefore, please note that unless it is otherwise stated, all roles advertised will require the successful candidate to work on-site.

Advice Assistant
This is an exciting new role for someone who may be interested in gaining the experience and training necessary to become an Adviser.
You will be delivering information and advice to our clients in relation to welfare benefits, community care, housing, and other relevant local and national services. We will provide you with all the necessary training to carry out benefits checks for clients and support them with benefit applications.
Salary: £25,849 per annum pro-rata
Hours: 20 hours per week between Monday and Thursday
Contract: Permanent - subject to our standard six-month probationary period
Location: Wandsworth with some travel around London (this is not a remote role)We are interviewing on a rolling basis, as and when suitable applications are received, and reserve the right to close the application process for any role early.

Support Worker/Driver (Part-time)
A rare opportunity has arisen to join our caring and experienced Day Centre team as a part-time support worker and driver. You will be driving clients to and from their homes each day in our minibus and then working with them at our Day Centre for older people, adults with disabilities and adults with dementia during the day.
Please note that a clean driving licence is essential for this role. You will need a D1 driving licence or we can train you to drive one of our mini-buses.
Salary: £24,000 per annum pro-rata (rising to £25,207 in April 2025)
Hours: 21 or 28 hours (3 or 4 days and according to rota, 9am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break)Contract: Permanent (With a six month probationary period)
Location: Based at our Day Centre (52 East Hill, SW18 2HJ)

Home Together Administrator
We are looking for an administrator to join our Age Well Together Service to support the Home Together Coordinator to facilitate our Home Together Project.
The Age Well Together service offers a range of assistance to support clients at home and in their local community to prevent decline; maintain independence; reduce social isolation; and promote health and wellbeing with care, friendship and understanding.
The Home Together Service will provide both reactive assistance for up to six weeks from a clients return from hospital and remote ongoing support thereafter.
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Contract: Permanent (With a six month probationary period)
Location: Wandsworth - this is not a remote role
