Care Facilitator - September 2026

This rewarding role is 2 nights a week, 8pm – 8.15am leading the shift with 2 care staff in our small 13 bed care home, building relationships, promoting independence, and creating meaningful experiences. Stanhope Court is a small, friendly care home specialising in dementia care, with high staff-to-resident ratios so you have the time to care properly. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our night team two nights per week.

What we’re looking for:
- Senior care experience (preferably NVQ 3) minimum NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care, willing to work towards NVQ 3
- Confident leading shifts and supporting colleagues
- Compassionate, calm, and reliable
- Experience working with people Living with Dementia
