The thought of using a smartphone, tablet or computer might be daunting, but with the right support you can get online - staying in touch, involved and independent. No matter your level, we're here to help.

From drop-in sessions, one-to-ones, equipment loans, classes and more, you can pick and choose what works for you.

Click Café

We run Click Cafés in Bath, Keynsham, and Radstock, offering friendly spaces where digital learners can enjoy a tea or coffee while receiving free one-to-one digital support. Each hour-long session is tailored to individual needs.

Digital Device Loan Scheme

Our Digital Device Loan Scheme offers:

* Free device loans (tablets, phones, SIM cards, speakers) with free data
* No home internet needed
* One-to-one support to make getting online simple and stress-free
* An 8-12 week loan period to build confidence and learn at your own pace

When: 8-12 week loans available throughout the year (dependent on availability)
Location: Bath and North East Somerset

Digital Drop-Ins

We regularly run drop-ins in the Bath and North East Somerset area. If you're interested in hosting us at your group, please get in touch. Alternatively, keep an eye out for a drop-in near you!

Become a Digital Champion

Home Visits

Home Visits
For those unable to attend Click Cafés due to transport issues, mobility challenges, social anxiety, or other reasons, we offer home visits within Bath and North East Somerset.

When: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule, depending on our volunteers' availability.
