Adult Social Care in the borough will be changing. The borough is proposing to delegate decision making and support planning to a wider network of agencies, who will deliver some Care Act responsibilities on its behalf.

The borough is asking for views and reflection on these changes. As the proposals will represent a considerable shift in how people are assessed and supported to access social care Age UK Bexley is asking that its supporters make their views known.

All the documents, dates of meetings and online questionnaires can be accessed at:

Please take a little time to read the supporting information and find a way to make your opinion count. The proposition will represent a considerable restructuring of how and where older people across the borough are supported for the foreseeable future.
