Belvedere Community Centre

Age UK Bexley currently holds a license to run Belvedere Community Centre. The centre hosts a number of fun activities throughout the week by different local providers! Services under Age UK Bexley currently includes: 

Room Booking

Belvedere Community Fridge

Every Tuesday 10am-12pm (subject to availability)

Belvedere Community Centre also hosts a community fridge. Subject to availability, there is free food with short sell-by dates donated by local supermarkets – just turn up (with a bag!).

Stay and Play

Every Tuesday 09:30-11:30 (Term Time Only)

A morning activity for children! £2 per child discount given for 3 or more children (includes drink & a snack)

We will be pausing the Stay and Play sessions on Tuesday 15^th July for the summer holidays. We will return on Tuesday 9th September

Knit and Knatter

Every Friday 10:00am-12:00pm

Please come along with your knitting needles and wool to join the group and meet new people. 

Mind the Digital Gap 

Every Friday 11:30am-13:00pm

Come along for digital inlcusion support.

• Tips on searching the internet
• Help locating online resources (council websites, tradespeople & advice services etc)
• Support with your devices
• General problem solving
• Discussing pros and cons of: Hardware, software, devices & apps
• Information and signposting
• Support with a smile

What we can’t do

• Formal it classes
• Support with qualifications
• Advice on what to put on online application forms.
• Advice on evidence collection
• Repair or servicing (hardware or software)
• Advice on whether to make a purchase
• Perform financial transactions or banking
