We offer flexible packages, with options to buy hours on an ad hoc basis. All these services will be chargeable with rates varying depending of the type of service being requested. You might be entitled to some financial support towards your day centre place through the local authority. Please see our Care Needs Assessment page for more details.

Our Day Care Service offers flexible packages to adapt to the changing needs and demands of older adults. So, whether you need help with care or you would like a spot of respite, we can help.
Whether you choose a service in our Day Care Centre or at home, our specialist trained staff are here to support each individual client’s needs and dignity. Our services are based around providing choice, to build confidence and improve health and wellbeing. Feeling well brings independence and helps people remain in their own home for as long as possible.

Day Care Services
Our Day Centre in Sidcup has both a Wellbeing Centre and a Nursing Day Care Centre. Clients can expect safe and fun activities, support, and a good meal. We can offer high levels of support for both Day Care and Enhanced Day Care clients.
Dementia Services
This service is for those requiring specialist support from highly skilled and dementia qualified staff. This also offers vital respite support for carers needing a short break from their caring responsibilities. We can offer Day Care (for both those that need minimal support and for those that need enhanced support) or short-term respite on an ad hoc basis.
We also hold weekly classes of Cognitive Stimulation Therapy so that people can undertake a wide range of activities to maintain independence and confidence.

Support at Home
Our at home service provides respite support for carers. Our specialist staff will go to people's homes and offer short breaks of between one and two hours. They will be a regular friendly face as an alternative to attending our day centre in Sidcup.
