Job title: Information & Advice Support Officer

Location: Coventry Office - 7 Warwick Row, Coventry, CV1 1EX

Hours per week: 18 hours per week, across 3 days

Salary: £13,218.25 per annum £27,170.85 (FTE)

About the role:

We're looking for a compassionate and organised individual to join our Information & Advice team in an exciting new role. Working with our friendly team of Advisors, you’ll support older people to complete a variety of claim forms, particularly disability benefits, as well as providing information and signposting on a range of issues.

Support will be delivered primarily by telephone, with travel across Coventry & Warwickshire where required. The role also includes a range of administrative duties and would suit someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping older people access the support and services they need.
