We’re excited to introduce a brand-new Tai Chi class every Thursday from 3:15pm to 4:45pm, beginning 26th June.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, everyone is welcome to join. Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help improve balance, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.

🟢 Newcomers welcome – no prior experience needed!
Come along, relax your mind, move your body, and enjoy the calm, friendly atmosphere.
